3、所有报名参赛选手均获得一件2020凯乐石莫干山跑山赛【参赛服】。

4、所有完赛选手均可获得一个2020凯乐石莫干山跑山赛对应组别【完赛奖牌】。

5、所有30公里/70公里/100公里完赛选手均可获得一份凯乐石莫干山跑山赛对应组别【完赛纪念品】。

6、所有70公里组别完赛选手将会获得珍稀抽签资格,【2021HK100直通参赛名额】共30个。

7、所有100公里组别完赛选手将会获得珍稀抽签资格,【2021HK100直通参赛名额】共10个。



赛事报名【RACE ENTRY】



1、报名费用


组别说明:

1)比赛分为【8公里】、【30公里】、【70公里】和【100公里】四大组别,分别能以【个人】或【团队】的形式参赛。

2)【8公里】和【100公里】的个人赛不设年龄组别。【30公里】、【70公里】的【个人赛】有且仅能有1人参赛,分为青年组、公开组、壮年组。

3)【8公里】、【30公里】和【70公里】的【团队赛】有且仅能有2人参赛,分为男子组、女子组、混合组,【100公里】的【团队赛】只有混合组一个组别。


1、参赛条件

① 30公里、70公里和100公里组别参赛选手须年满18周岁(2002年10月31日以前出生),且不得超过65周岁(1955年10月31日以后出生);

② 8公里组别参赛选手须年满10周岁(2010年10月31日以前出生),且不得超过65周岁(1955年10月31日以后出生)。若参报名选手是未满18周岁未成年人,必须在比赛当日由年满18周岁以上的具有法定监护权力的参赛选手陪同参赛。

③ 参赛者应身体健康,无高血压、心脏病史及妨碍剧烈运动的其他疾病。

 

2、参赛资格

① 8公里/30公里/70公里/100公里组别报名资格:参赛选手须身体健康,适合运动,报名前请自行前往合格的体检机构进行身体检查,适宜跑步指标合格者方可报名。

② 70公里组别报名资格:参赛选手应需有以下参赛经历:2年内30公里以上(含)越野赛或全程马拉松或更长距离路跑赛、越野赛完赛经验。

③ 100公里组别报名资格:参赛选手应需有以下参赛经历:2年内40公里以上(含)越野赛或更长距离路跑赛、越野赛、耐力赛完赛经验。

④ 注意:长距离越野跑赛事需要参赛选手身体健康,并具备相应级别的参赛经验才能完成赛事,请选手报名时务必自我判定清晰,根据自身状态量力而行的自行选择参赛组别。

选手报名暨代表自愿无异议的对自己的参赛资格真实性承担全部责任,赛事组委会将不对选手体检报告及报名资格做审核。

1、精英选手申请

① 男子:ITRA 700分(含 )以上提供免费直通名额(组别不限)。

② 女子:ITRA 560分(含 )以上提供免费直通名额(组别不限)。

③ 报名方法:

满足以上要求的精英选手需通过报名官网(www.letoursport.com)的“精英选手通道”报名,请在报名时提交个人ITRA积分查询链接,组委会将根据申请时间顺序进行审核,审核通过收到短信者即视为报名成功。

 

2、2020广州100选手专属优惠

① 已于2月14日前成功报名,并未于3月15日24时前选择退赛、保留、转让名额的2020广州100选手本人,将享受2020凯乐石莫干山跑山赛的8.5折优惠(对应报名阶段价格)。

② 报名方法:

满足以上要求的2020广州100选手,需通过报名官网(www.letoursport.com)的“2020莫干山跑山赛-广州100优惠”专项通道报名,请在报名时提交个人2020广州100报名成功截图,组委会将根据申请时间顺序进行审核,审核通过收到短信者即视为资格认证成功,可缴费完成报名。

 

3、志愿者报名优惠

参与2019凯乐石莫干山跑山赛赛事服务的志愿者可获得赛事直通优惠名额,请到各团队或各组负责人处进行登记统一汇总,联系组委会对应负责人给予专属链接进行报名(须符合报名资格和参赛条件的要求)。

① 退赛

A、退赛时间限定:

2020年8月30日中午11:59前,接受参赛选手退出报名,并按所缴纳报名费的50%退还。

2020年8月30日中午12:00后,不接受任何形式退赛。

B、退赛申请指定途径:

以邮件形式发送至组委会官方邮箱mgs100@letoursports.com申请退出报名,并以组委会收到申请邮件时间为核准,组委会将会在一周内给予退款。

C、申请退赛的2020年参赛选手,若因个人原因不能参赛,名额不能延后至2021年

② 换组

A、换组时间限定:

2020年8月30日中午11:59前,接受参赛选手调整组别,单次单人调整需缴纳100元手续费。

2020年8月30日中午12:00后,不接受任何形式退赛。

B、换组申请指定途径:

③ 名额转让

A、名额转让时间限定:

2020年8月30日中午11:59前,接受参赛选手申请将报名成功的名额转让给未报名2020莫干山跑山赛的跑友,单次单人调整需缴纳100元手续费。

2020年8月30日中午12:00后,不接受任何形式名额转让。

B、换组申请指定途径:

以邮件形式发送至组委会官方邮箱mgs100@letoursports.com申请名额转让,并以组委会收到申请邮件时间为核准,组委会将会在一周内给予相应调整。

④ 重复报名取消

A、每一位参赛选手(同身份证号)能且仅能在2020莫干山跑山赛报名唯一一个名额,如发现重复报名(不论是报名平台重复,还是参赛组别重复)组委会有权强制取消参赛选手的其他重复名额,直至仅保留唯一名额。

B、重复报名,取消手续费为单个名额100元。请参赛选手报名时务必注意,切勿重复报名。

【一般竞赛规则】

1、参赛者必须自力走或跑完全程。

2、本赛事不接受任何形式的顶替参赛,如发现顶替参赛,取消转让和被转让者参赛资格。组委会保留追究转让者和被转让者法律责任的权利。

3、参赛者在物资方面除大会所供应的以外,应大致自给自足,于比赛期间必须全时间携带所有大会所指定的必备物品。

4、参赛者只可在检查站接受自行安排的支持队的协助。除非遭遇紧急情况,否则在检查站以外的其他地点,不得提供支持。然而,参赛者在沿途的商店、餐厅、小贩和售卖机购买饮料/食物,则不在此限。

5、严禁陪跑员或支援跑手陪跑。为避免误会,于比赛路段期间不准许有任何非参赛者陪伴参赛者。

6、检查站提供的食物饮料,只供参赛者享用。

7、参赛编号必须置于赛衣前方,于任何时间均清晰可见,在比赛过程中请一直佩戴在身体前侧显著位置,建议使用号码布腰带,方便更换衣物时摘卸。)

8、若参赛者退出比赛,均必须通知最近检查站的负责人员,在相关工作人员安排指引下安全下撤返回起终点。

9、参赛选手未在关门时间内完成规定线路和距离即被视作关门未完赛,到达站点(CP点)(SP点不设为关门点,但会设置撤点时间)后在《退赛登记表》上签字并将在号码布上登记,在相关工作人员的安排指引下安全下撤返回起终点。

10、 若参赛者在比赛途中需要救护协助,应拨电号码布上所载之电话号码,与赛事组委会联络,赛事组委会人员即会尽力帮助参赛者。

11、参赛者应紧随赛道标识前进,严禁另走快捷方式,参赛者若被发现违规,将被取消资格。

12、比赛期间,参赛者必须全时间携带各项指定装备,赛事组委会可能会随机进行装备检查。装备不全的参赛者,可能会受到额外计时处罚以至取消资格等处分,视违规情况程度而定。

13、参赛者必须于所有时间遵行检查站负责人员及赛道纠察的方向指示。若参赛者于检查站关闭时间前仍未到达,必须根据指示退出比赛。

14、参赛者不得在沿途乱扔垃圾。

15、参赛者不得破坏或骚扰任何植物或动物。

16、参赛者不得服食禁药或违规药物。

17、参赛者须对其支持人员的行为负责。参赛者支持人员必须遵从赛事组委会职员和负责人员的一切指示,包括为检查站空出特定区域的要求。支持人员如有违规或作出不当行为,参赛者可能会被处分或取消参赛资格。赛事组委会对其不负责其安全问题。

18、支持人员必须遵守所有检查站职员的指示,譬如按职员要求在检查站区域腾出空间。赛事组委会对支持人员的安全或行踪概不负责。  

19、违反以上规则者可能会招致额外计时或取消参赛资格等处分,是否处分、如何处分由赛事组委会全权决定,不设上诉。  

20、参赛者应为自己和他人的安全着想,无论任何时候应顾及路径的其他用户。横过马路或在马路路段跑步时应格外小心。若遇其他参赛者受伤或不适,应加以援手。参赛者为协助受伤或不适的其他跑手而耽误的时间,将在其完成时间中扣除。 

21、赛事组委会为参赛选手购买基础的意外伤害保险,同时也建议选手自行购买更高额度、更大保障范围的意外保险。

22、赛事组委会保留酌情修改比赛规则、路线及/或其他安排的权利。 

23、参加者必须提供真实、准确的数据于赛事组委会。任何蓄意欺骗可能会导致参加者的登记无效。主办方保留更改和/或取消该参加者的比赛资格,亦不会向参加者作任何赔偿。

24、 取消赛事:

根据以下原因,大会有权保留取消或缩短赛事的权力:

① 不利的天气情况

② 山泥倾泻、大量落石及比赛路线发生山体滑坡等

③ 不可抗力,即发生超出主办单位所能控制的事件和令举办比赛成为不可能,不安全或不切实际的情况。 不可抗力事件包括但不限于天灾、战争、敌对行为、侵略、叛乱、革命、起义、暴动、骚乱、罢工、怠工、禁工或动乱、堵塞或不能通过道路或山径、疾病的爆发以及恐怖主义行为和威胁。

25、处罚:

① 违反任何一项比赛规则有可能会受到计时处分或被取消参赛资格,取决于其严重性。

② 任何处罚或取消资格均由大会作最终决定。

③ 以下是一些违反类别:

A、没有携带指定装备中的任何一项

B、走快捷方式及/或不根据大会比赛路线作赛

C、参赛者及/或其支持人员乱抛垃圾

D、于检查站外接受支持

E、于赛道预先隐藏然后利用各类物资(包括食物、饮料及其他辅助工具)

F、非参赛者陪跑

G、乘坐交通工具

H、他人代跑(将号码布给予其他人使用)

I、阻碍及/或导致其他参赛者受伤

J、服食禁药

K、更改或破坏比赛路线指示牌

L、破坏或骚扰任何植物或动物

M、不展示号码布

N、检查站关闭后仍继续比赛

O、不遵守大会、纠察及应付紧急事故工作人员及/或义工的指示

P、将号码布给予其他人使用

Q、使用他人的号码布


【安全保障】

1、因本届赛事跨越时间比较长,早晚温差比较大,考虑安全的因素,组委会将在中途严格进行强制装备检查,若发现参赛者没有按规定备齐强制装备,将会进行罚时处罚或取消参赛者的成绩,并拒绝其继续参赛。

2、起终点、各检查站设置医疗服务站及医疗服务志愿者,协助医疗救护、维护比赛秩序,参赛选手可随时向工作人员请求帮助。

3、参赛选手在比赛中出现紧急情况急需救援时,请第一时间拨打组委会提供的救援电话,与救援负责人取得联系。救援电话会印于号码布后面。

4、救援人员到达前,等待救援的参赛选手可用随身携带的简单医用品进行自救。包括但不限于披上保温毯,选择安全区域等候。

5、比赛过程中,被医务人员判定为不能继续比赛的选手,应严格遵守医生建议并配合裁判完成退赛手续。

6、退赛或被关门选手将由工作人员尽快安排运送回终点。

7、组委会为所有报名参赛选手购买活动意外险。组委会建议参赛者根据个人需求购买其他保险


赛事及其规则最终解析权归凯乐石莫干山跑山赛组委会所有,本赛事一切相关信息以官方公布为准。




RACE PRIZES

1. Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd runner in each of the male, female and team categories in the 8km, 30km70km and 100km races.

2. Medals will be awarded to all finishers.

3. A 2020 KAILAS MOGAN ULTRA Trail Running Race T-SHIRT will be awarded to all participants.

4. A 2020 KAILAS MOGAN ULTRA Trail Running Race finisher awards will be awarded to all30km&70km&100km finishers.

5. Each finisher of the 70 km event will have an equal chance to win one of the 30 guaranteed (no ballot required) places in HK100 in January 2021 provided by KAILAS, Official Technical Partner of HK100.  

6. Each finisher of the 100 km event will have an equal chance to win one of the 10 guaranteed (no ballot required) places in HK100 in January 2021 provided by KAILAS, Official Technical Partner of HK100.

Categories Description】

1) INDIVIDUAL: There are 3 categories – Youth / Open / Masters

2) Teams of 2 persons: There are 3 categories – Male / Female / Mixed

Conditions for Registration

1. To register for the 30KM & 70KM & 100KM of 2020 KAILAS® MOGAN ULTRA Trail Running Race, participants must must be between age 18 (born on 2002.10.31 or before) and 65 (born 1955.10.31 or after)* at the time of participating in the event.

2. To register for the 8KM of 2020KAILAS® MOGAN ULTRA Trail Running Race, participants must must be between age 10 (born on 2010.10.31or before) and 65 (born 1955.10.31 or after)* at the time of participating in the event.Minors must be accompanied by participants who have reached the age of 18 or above.

3. Participants should be healthy and have no history of high blood pressure, heart disease, or other diseases that interfere with strenuous exercise.

4. Please be sure to select the corresponding group according to your personal ability and actual situation. The organizing committee will not conduct personal qualification review.

RACE RULES】

General

1. Participants must complete the marked course on foot under their own power.

2. Participants are required to be semi self-sufficient. You must have your mandatory equipment with you at all times during the race.

3. Outside assistance is only permitted at the checkpoints.  Support crews are only permitted at the checkpoints. Support outside the checkpoints is not allowed, except in an emergency.  There is, however, no restriction on buying drinks/food from the shops, restaurants and hawkers along the route.

4. Pacers and support runners are strictly prohibited.  For the avoidance of doubt, participants are not allowed to be accompanied along the course by anybody who has not entered into the event.

5. Refreshments at the checkpoints are reserved for runners only.

6. Race numbers must be visible at all times on the outside of clothing (at the front).

7. If you withdraw from the event, you must inform event officials and sign the withdrawal form at the closest checkpoint (unless assisted from the course by first aid crews).

8. If you need first aid help on the course you must use the phone numbers printed on your race bib to contact event organisers who will make every effort to retrieve you.  

9. Stay on the marked course.  Short cuts are strictly prohibited.

10. You must carry the mandatory gear at all times during the event.  Random gear checks may be performed during the event.  Any participant without the mandatory gear will incur a penalty ranging from a time penalty to disqualification based on the severity of the breach. 

11. You must obey directions of checkpoint staff and course marshals at all times.  If you miss any cut-off times you must withdraw from the race as instructed.

12. Littering is strictly prohibited.  

13. Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna is strictly prohibited.

14. Doping and the use of prohibited drugs is strictly prohibited.

15. The participant is responsible for the actions of their support crew.  Support crews must comply with all instructions from event staff and officials.  The participant may be penalised or disqualified for actions or breaches of the rules by their support crew. 

16. Support crews must follow the instructions of all checkpoint staff including requests to vacate certain sections of the checkpoint area.  The event organisers are not responsible for the safety or whereabouts of support crew. 

17. Breaking any of the rules may incur a time penalty or disqualification.  Any such penalties are at the organisers’ discretion and are final.

18. Ensure your own safety and that of others.  Be considerate of other trail and road users at all times.  Take great care when crossing or running on roads.  If another runner is injured or in distress, please assist.  The race organiser will gladly deduct from your finishing time any time spent assisting an injured or distressed fellow participant.

19. Mogan Trail Running Race has its own public liability insurance.  This does not include personal accident of participants.  We strongly recommend that you have your own personal accident cover.

20. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event rules and requirements, route and/or other arrangements as they deem appropriate.

21. Participants must provide true and accurate information to the organisers.  Any wilful dishonesty may render a participants entry invalid and the organisers reserve the right to amend and / or cancel such participants entry without compensation.

Event Cancellation

  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel or cut short the event for the following reasons:
  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Landslides, rockfalls or hill fires along the course
  • Protests or blockage along the course

Force majeure i.e. due to occurrence of incidents that are beyond the control of the organiser and which renders it impossible, unsafe or impractical to hold the event.  A force majeure event shall include, but is not limited to, act of God, war, hostilities, invasion, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lock outs or disorder, blocked or inaccessible roads or trails, outbreak of disease, acts or threats of terrorism.

In such event no refund of the registration fee (and any charitable donation) will be provided.

3. Penalties

Breaking any of the rules and requirements of the event may incur a time penalty or disqualification, depending on the severity of the breach.

Any such penalty or disqualification are at the organiser’s discretion and are final.

The following are some types of breaches to highlight:

l Not carrying any items in the mandatory gear list

l Taking shortcuts and / or not following the official course

l Littering by participant and / or support crew

l Receiving support outside checkpoints

l Using supplies (food, water and equipment) stashed away along the course

l Using supplies (food, water and equipment) stashed away along the course.

l Taking transport

l Using substitute runners

l Deliberately obstructing and/or causing injury to other participants

l Doping and the use of prohibited drugs

l Altering, damaging and/or otherwise tempering with course markings

l Damaging or disturbing any flora or fauna along the course

l Not wearing a race bib

l Continuing after cut-off times

l Not following instructions given by race officials, marshals and emergency attendants and/or volunteers

l Being abusive to race officials, marshals, emergency attendants, other trail users and/or volunteers

l Allowing somebody else to use his / her race bib

l Using a race bib of somebody else.


4. SECURITY

1. The organizing committee will conduct a mandatory gear check. If it is found that the participant has not prepared mandatory gear, the participant will be disqualified and he will be refused entry. 

2. Medical service stations will be set up at the Start Point, Finish Point and each Check point.  Participants can request help from the staff there at any time when needed.

3. When participants come across an emergency situation in urgent need of rescue during the race , please immediately call the Emergency Services number provided by the Organisers which will also be printed on the race bib.

4. Before the arrival of the rescue team, participants should apply appropriate self-help procedures, such as using own medical supplies, safety blanket to keep warm and  waiting in a safe area.

5. During the race, participants who have been judged by the medical staff to be unable to continue the race, should strictly follow the medical staff’s instructions and complete the retirement procedure with the organisers.

6. Transport will be available for retired runners from the CPs to the finish, but there will inevitably be delays before transport is available. 

7. The Organisers have its own public liability insurance.  This does not include personal accident of participants.  We recommend participants to have their own personal accident cover and other types of insurance cover as consider appropriate. 

NOTICE: The Organising Committee reserves the right of final interpretation to all information and rules relating to KAILAS® MOGAN ULTRA Trail Running. In case of any inconsistency, information set out on the Official Website (www.letoursports.com) should be considered final.
